Arsenal may not end the campaign with the Premier League title, but they have unearthed some fresh young gems that will enhance their championship credentials for years to come. Ethan Nwaneri has burst onto the scene in 2024-25, scoring three goals in 19 matches, and netting twice in six appearances in the Champions League.

Myles Lewis-Skelly
Another Arsenal star that has been forced to get up to speed quickly in the Premier League this season has been 18-year-old Myles Lewis-Skelly. The left-back has been a key player for the Gunners in the second half of the season, making nine appearances, and recording a 94.4% pass completion rate.
The full-back has been a dominant force in the defensive areas of the field, making an average of 1.4 tackles per 90, and 0.9 clearances per fixture. There have always been high hopes for Lewis Hall, and he finally looks to be coming through on that potential with Newcastle United in 2024-25. The 20-year-old has been one of the most consistent players for Eddie Howe’s team this term, featuring in 27 Premier League matches before picking up a season-ending injury. The left-back has registered four assists, eclipsing his previous best tally in the English top-flight.
His defensive ability has progressed throughout the campaign, and he has averaged 2.1 tackles per 90 and 1.9 clearances per game. The 22-year-old came through the youth ranks at Manchester City, before underperforming at Stoke, Preston, and Hull before ending up at Ipswich. However, his performances in the Premier League this term have been a rare bright spark for the Tractor Boys, ensuring that they have at least been competitive in most matches throughout the campaign.
Delap has achieved his career-best scoring season in England this term, netting ten in 28 EPL appearances, and adding two assists for good measure. The striker has averaged 2.1 shots per 90 in the Premier League, and he has won an average of 1.7 aerial duals per match. Ipswich look set for an instant return to the Championship, but it is incredibly unlikely that Delap will be joining them. The England U21 striker has already been linked with a big move away from Portman Road this summer, with Chelsea, Arsenal, and Manchester United all among the clubs interested.
